Can I postpone or cancel the workshop?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before the workshop. After that, costs may be charged, for example because the provider can not book another participants for that period, or costs have already been made.
Can I also pay at the location?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. The providers only schedule appointments when prepaid. This is done because of 'no shows'.
How long is the voucher valid?
Vouchers for a specific experience or flying lesson are valid for 1 year. Vouchers with an amount are valid for 2 years. Due to the Corona crisis, some experiences get a longer validation period. You can find the validity on the product page and on your voucher.
