Can I postpone or cancel the workshop?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the workshop. After that, costs may be charged, for example because the provider can not book another participants for that period, or costs have already been made.

Can I change the voucher after ordering?

Yes this is possible! For example, you can extend the workshop or even choose something completely different. Ideal if you find another workshop more enjoyable. No costs are charged for this, you only have to pay the difference in price. The voucher is not redeemable for money so you will not get a refund when you choose a cheaper product. You can easily arrange it yourself, enter your vouchernumber at 'make reservation' and choose 'change voucher'.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a discount code you need to activate it first. After that, you can complete your order: Activate discount code.

Do I need to make an appointment directly when ordering?

You can make an appointment, but this does not have to be done right away. After ordering you will receive a voucher with which you can easily make an appointment via the website.
