Disposal is sin! Learn how you can easily and easily extend the shelf life of your vegetables. Experiment with different flavors and come to a fantastic end product.
What are you going to do?
First of all you get some background information about the process. You learn how to use bacteria to create an acid environment. The acidic environment not only ensures a pleasant taste. It also ensures that bad bacteria have no chance to grow and spoil the food. In addition, the vegetables become easier to digest. You will learn what you can and can not ferment. After a tasting of various fermented products you will get to work yourself.
You choose the vegetables you are going to ferment yourself from the range offered. It may be white cabbage or carrots, but perhaps you have been inspired to ferment red beets with silver onions. Besides the vegetables you get a special glass jar and a little salt. Now you can start the process. The workshop ends with a delicious meal in which a fermented product is central. The vegetables prepared by you and the glass jar you take home. It takes one to two weeks before you can taste the result.
